At Glow up Aesthetics, co-owners Dawnmarie Russo and Sharon Sirignano have created more than just a med spa—they’ve built a space where clients can reconnect with themselves, rediscover their confidence, and embrace their natural beauty. With a shared passion for aesthetic treatments and results-driven care, they are committed to helping each client achieve their Glow Up, both inside and out.

Graduating from the prestigious Catherine Hinds School of Aesthetics in 2010, both Dawnmarie and Sharon began their careers in the medical aesthetics field, gaining years of experience and expertise in a variety of advanced treatments. Though their paths initially led them in different directions, the universe brought them back together in 2023, when they found themselves working side by side in a medical facility. It was then that their long-held dream of opening their own med spa came to life.

Together, they founded Glow up Aesthetics with a clear mission: to create an atmosphere where people can feel good about themselves and build their confidence. They understand that life can sometimes be overwhelming, and it’s easy to lose sight of your true self in the process. Glow up Aesthetics is about finding your glow, becoming a better version of yourself, and feeling empowered in your own skin.
